Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist whose passion is to help strengthen families and individuals who are facing life changing events/issues by facilitating and promoting personal growth, individuality, and family unity. I have 9 years of clinical experiences that comprises of individual, couples, and family therapy which include life/personal/family skills training, trauma focused therapy, grief and loss, stress management, etc. I offer both individual and family counseling for those who may experience depression, anxiety-related issues, trauma, and other life altering events. 

 I have skills/training/education in the following fields: Anger Management, Alcohol Abuse, Divorce, Grief, School Issues, Marital and Premarital Stress, Behavioral Issues, Bi-polar Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Family Conflict, Peer Relationship, Self-harming, Trauma, PTSD, and Women IssuesDo you feel stuck? About me

Keshia Johnson, LMSW, is a Licensed Master level  therapist/social worker who has 15 years of counseling experience, with a strong commitment to helping clients of all ages navigate life’s challenges. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Georgia. Keshia began her career in community support services, where she specialized in teaching coping and anger management skills to families. This foundation allowed her to develop expertise in guiding individuals through emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and strengthening family relationships. In her clinical practice, Keshia works with children, adults, couples, and families, providing tailored support that meets each client’s unique needs. She has extensive experience helping clients face grief, loss, and trauma, offering both empathy and evidence-based tools for healing. Keshia is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which she uses to help clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns, process painful experiences, and build resilience. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Keshia’s passion lies in helping individuals heal from trauma, strengthen their sense of self, and cultivate meaningful, lasting connections within their personal lives and relationships.

Brandi Rubinstein

Hi, my name is Brandi Rubinstein. I am completing my Master of Science in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Phoenix. I am currently a Counseling Intern with Healing Heartz Therapy Solutions in McDonough, Georgia. I have several years of experience working with individuals and families in addition to volunteering within the community. My drive and passion have always been to help others. I offer a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental environment that is supported by cultural diversity and that is held with the utmost respect, professionalism, is ethically sound and with your best interest being first. Although being skilled in and familiar with various therapeutic approaches, I am most aligned with a cognitive-behavioral approach which supports you with learning to identify what is holding you back from reaching your optimal well-being and to assist you with developing strategies and techniques to achieve your goals to get there.

Ruthy Williams

Ruthy Williams is a Master Level Therapist with a Master of Science in Psychology and years of experience providing compassionate, effective mental health care. Rooted in a client-centered approach, Ruthy believes in meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to reach their fullest potential through a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Her practice integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a strong emphasis on respect, empathy, and personal growth. Whether working with adolescents, adults, or families, Ruthy is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and foster lasting well-being.Outside of her work as a therapist, Ruthy enjoys golfing, experiencing fine dining, and traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives—experiences that enrich her personal and professional life and bring a broad, open-minded outlook to her counseling practice.

  As a master’s level therapist, she provides clinical services including individual therapy, family therapy, and skills-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. She helps clients manage depression by addressing negative thought patterns, building coping strategies, and fostering emotional regulation. She also supports clients with anxiety through grounding techniques, relaxation skills, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to reduce worry and panic. In addition, she assists clients with challenges such as grief, trauma, stress management, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, substance abuse, life transitions, social skills, parenting difficulties ADHD, PTSD, adjustment issues, offering a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
