Ruthy Williams

Ruthy is a Master Level Therapist, who has over 10 years of experience with a Master of Science in Psychology and years of experience providing compassionate, effective mental health care. Rooted in a client-centered approach, Ruthy believes in meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to reach their fullest potential through a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Her practice integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a strong emphasis on respect, empathy, and personal growth. Whether working with adolescents, adults, or families, Ruthy is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and foster lasting well-being. Outside of her work as a therapist, Ruthy enjoys golfing, experiencing fine dining, and traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives—experiences that enrich her personal and professional life and bring a broad, open-minded outlook to her counseling practice.

As a master’s level therapist, Ruthy provides clinical services including individual, couples, and family therapy, along with skills-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. She helps clients manage depression by addressing negative thought patterns, building coping strategies, and fostering emotional regulation. She also supports clients with anxiety through grounding techniques, relaxation skills, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to reduce worry and panic. Ruthy believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Her flexible, supportive approach allows each client to move at their own pace, with the tools and strategies that best align with their goals and values.
